| | Texasgulf FCU Adds 2,800+ branches
Texasgulf FCU has joined CU Service Centers with over 2,800+ locations nationwide.
About Shared Branching Shared branching is a cooperative network of credit unions that have joined together and created shared service centers across the country. By sharing facilities, credit unions can offer greater convenience for members to access their accounts at many locations just as if they were at their home credit union.
To take advantage of this service, when you enter a shared branch you only need to bring:
- Your home credit union's name (Texasgulf Federal Credit Union)
- Your account number – IMPORTANT: This is the only way they can pull up your account.
- Valid Government-issued photo identification, i.e., State Driver’s license, US Passport
Without all the above information, you will not be able to conduct your transaction at any shared branch location.
At a CU Service Center location, you'll be able to:
- Make deposits and withdrawals (withdrawals may be limited)
- Make loan payments
- Make transfers between accounts
- Transaction histories
- Balance inquiries
Optional services that may be available to you:
- Official or cashier’s checks
- Travelers checks
- Money orders
- Notary
- Fax
A fee maybe charged for any optional services
