You can access your Texasgulf FCU account at any participating CU Service Center. You will need to know your account number to access your account at any CU Service Center. You should have this in your emergency kit.

You will not be able to access your account at any CU Service Center without it.

You can also access your accounts by our automated phone by calling 1-888-409-8428 or through our online access. You must sign up for the Internet Access. Just stop by any Texasgulf FCU location or we can deliver the form to you in another way.

Texasgulf FCU has joined CU Service Centers with over 2,745 locations nationwide. So if in the event our offices are closed or you need to evacuate the area, you'll always have access to your funds.

At a CU Service Center location, you'll be able to:
  • Make deposits and withdrawals (withdrawals may be limited)
  • Make loan payments
  • Make transfers between accounts
  • Transaction histories
  • Balance inquiries
Optional services that may be available to you:
  • Official or cashier’s checks
  • Travelers checks
  • Money orders
  • Notary
  • Fax

Recommended items to include in a Basic Emergency Supply Kit:
  • Water, one gallon of water per person per day for at least three days (for drinking and sanitation)
  • Food, at least a three-day supply of non-perishable food
  • Battery-powered or hand crank radio and a NOAA Weather Radio with tone alert and extra batteries for both
  • Flashlight and extra batteries
  • First aid kit
  • Whistle to signal for help
  • Dust mask, to help filter contaminated air and plastic sheeting and duct tape to shelter in place
  • Moist towelettes, garbage bags and plastic ties for personal sanitation
  • Wrench or pliers to turn off utilities
  • Manual can opener for food (if kit contains canned food)
  • Local maps
